Director
Ben has developed a loyal clientele of highly successful entrepreneurs by providing them with peace of mind, knowing they are in excellent hands. Combining expert communication and highly developed analytical skills, Ben makes the complex look easy.
Having finely crafted his skills during a successful 20-year banking career at Macquarie, Judo and ANZ, Ben realised he could better serve his clients by working for them, rather than for the Bank. Ben became a finance broker to better align himself with his clients so they could enjoy the best of both worlds.
Ben offers a long-term, personalised relationship offering, with access to a wide range of lenders. To ensure his clients are set up for success, Ben’s service extends well beyond securing funding and includes negotiating pricing, repayments, covenants, and other conditions that are tailored to specific investment objectives.
Outside work, he’s a cricket and Crows fan who loves beach trips and family time.

Sokhann Pheach
Director
Sokhann has a wealth of commercial finance expertise, with extensive experience in the hospitality and property sectors.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Sokhann has developed his skills across various sectors, demonstrating versatility and a deep understanding of his client’s businesses. At Savings and Loans Credit Union, he navigated all aspects of retail lending, whilst at ANZ, he served as a Business Banking Manager. Later at Judo Bank, he understood the role of Director of Relationships.
Sokhann blends his experience with a customer-centric down to earth approach. He is dedicated to providing tailored financing solutions that cater specifically to the unique challenges and opportunities within SME markets.
Outside of work, Sokhann is an avid Adelaide Crows supporter, an amateur food enthusiast, and the proud dad to his Cavoodle, Elliot.

Hai brings to the team over two decades of finance industry experience and has held Senior Relationship Management roles within Commercial & Corporate segments at ANZ, BankSA, Bank of Melbourne, CBA, Bankwest and Bendigo Adelaide Bank.
His analytical mindset and passion to execute tailor-made financial arrangements ensure you are well placed when looking for finance – be that a strategic plan for asset acquisition, funding the growth of your business, or simply restructuring existing debt to ensure you not paying any more than you need to.
Outside of work, Hai and partner Belinda have three boys Alex, Zac & Cooper, whom are all super active and keep them on their toes. Hai’s loves to camp, buy gadgets on Amazon, snowboard, and watching NBA & Formula1.

Dale’s journey includes 19 years as an ANZ Commercial Banker and significant roles at CBA, where he managed high net worth clients and excelled in business development and direct client acquisition.
He believes in a thorough data review and collaborative discussions to ensure that financial strategies align perfectly with client needs. This approach has made him a trusted advisor who effectively navigates clients through their financial journeys.
Outside of work, Dale is a devoted father of three, and enjoys boating, golf, and bike riding.
