Director
Ben works with a loyal client base of high-performing entrepreneurs, providing peace of mind through expert guidance and clear communication. With a sharp analytical mind and a calm, strategic approach, he’s known for making complex finance feel simple.
After two decades in banking with Macquarie, Judo and ANZ, Ben saw the value in serving clients as an independent adviser, not just a lender representative. As a broker, he’s able to align himself with his clients’ interests and help them access the best of both worlds.
Ben takes a long-term, relationship-first approach and has access to a wide panel of lenders. His service goes beyond securing funds – he helps negotiate structure, pricing, covenants and terms that align with each client’s investment goals.

Sokhann brings over 20 years of commercial finance experience across the property and hospitality sectors. He’s worked in roles spanning retail and business banking, including time at Savings and Loans Credit Union, ANZ and Judo Bank, where he built a deep understanding of relationship banking and SME finance.
Known for his calm, down-to-earth style, Sokhann takes the time to understand each client’s business and delivers tailored solutions that match their needs. His approach is grounded, client-focused and shaped by genuine commercial insight.
Away from work, Sokhann is a proud dad to his Cavoodle, Elliot, a keen food enthusiast and a loyal Adelaide Crows fan.

Hai has more than two decades of finance industry experience, having held senior roles across ANZ, BankSA, Bank of Melbourne, CBA, Bankwest and Bendigo Adelaide Bank. His background in commercial and corporate relationship management allows him to deliver well-structured, strategy-led finance solutions.
With an analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex problems, Hai helps clients secure tailored finance for everything from asset acquisition to business growth and debt restructuring. His goal is to always deliver clarity, confidence and cost-efficiency.
Outside work, Hai and his partner Belinda have three energetic boys – Alex, Zac and Cooper – who keep them on their toes. He loves camping, snowboarding, gadget-hunting on Amazon, and watching NBA and Formula 1.
