Dale is a seasoned finance professional with over 35 years’ experience, including 19 years as an ANZ commercial banker. Having also held senior roles at CBA, he has a deep understanding of business development, high-net-worth lending and client acquisition strategy. 

Known for his calm presence and data-led decision making, Dale helps clients align their financial strategies with their long-term goals. His consultative approach has earned him a reputation as a trusted adviser who delivers thoughtful, tailored outcomes. 

Away from the desk, Dale is a father of three who enjoys boating, golf and experiencing the outdoors on his bike.
